No Refunds After Access is Granted

All Hand to Heart courses are digital products delivered electronically. Once access to course

materials is granted, the product is considered delivered.

Due to the digital nature of the course and immediate access to content, all sales are final and no

refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued after purchase.

Exceptions

Hand to Heart may, in its sole discretion, issue a refund in limited circumstances, such as

• Duplicate charges

• Technical errors preventing access that cannot be resolved

Any exception is determined on a case-by-case basis and does not create an obligation to provide

refunds in the future.

Cancellations

Once a purchase is completed and access is granted, the course cannot be cancelled. Users may

discontinue use of the course at any time, but cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund.

Chargebacks and Disputes

dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of course access.
